ShelterFund Protocol
How the wildlife
pool works.
A playful onchain wildlife collectible concept where representative animal profiles enter a shared pool and collectors connect their wallets to acquire fixed-supply cards.
ShelterFund coordinates three things: verified care requests, supply-based supporter pricing, and auditable treasury reporting. A shelter submits a campaign with source records and a care plan. Once approved, the campaign enters the pool with a defined target and reporting schedule.
Prelaunch notice Contracts and payments are not enabled. Profiles are representative and use original artwork; public zoo species lists informed the collection, but FZA is not affiliated with those zoos. Passes do not represent animal ownership, equity, or guaranteed returns.
The protocol has four stages
From a verified care request to a public outcome record.
- 01Campaign admission
Shelter partners submit animal records, care estimates, wallet permissions, and an outcome-reporting schedule.
- 02Collectible acquisition
Collectors connect a wallet and select an admitted card with a fixed supply share. The interface calculates its exact CARE amount before wallet approval; collectors cannot alter the share.
- 03Treasury settlement
When enabled, a program routes tokens to controlled treasury accounts and mints a campaign-linked supporter pass.
- 04Impact reporting
Partners publish invoices, care milestones, placement outcomes, and unused-fund handling against the campaign record.
What a supporter receives
A transparent campaign record—not ownership of an animal.
- Onchain proof that a wallet supported a specific care campaign.
- Access to published care milestones and outcome reporting.
- Protocol participation rights only where approved terms explicitly provide them.
- No legal ownership or custody rights over an animal.
Safety and controls
Activation follows review—not the other way around.
Campaign records, treasury destinations, program instructions, token supply, legal disclosures, and shelter authority must all pass review before the transaction control can be enabled.
Published rules define each campaign's share before activation.
Treasury destinations and shelter authority are reviewed.
